Our company is operated by me, Mr.Wiwat, Managing Director & CPA and Ms.Sirinthorn, Duputy Managing Director & CPA. We have ability and potential in payroll system and experience for more than 12 years. We can serve for both of Thai and foreign clients as we are able to communicate and prepare the financial reports in Thai and English. We provide outsourcing payroll service for executives and monthly & daily employees as we have serviced for more than 500 employees with the provident fund service. We currently have many clients including public companies and foreign companies. Another important factor in our services, we use a stability payroll software system to support our full-services perfectly.

Payroll outsourcing

• Preparation and calculation of salary & wage, weekday overtime, holiday overtime, allowances, deductions, social security, provident fund, withholding tax and ect.
• Preparation of the  monthly payroll with summary of expenses report to prepare bank check, summary expenses and deduction report to be submitted to provident fund and social security
• Preparation of the monthly payroll statements and floppy disk to be submitted to the bank or submittal payroll data via internet and to be signed off for final approve by client.
• Printing the employee’s salary pay slip
• Preparation of the contribution report to be submitted to the provident fund (if applicable)
• Preparation of contribution report(SSO 1-01), floppy disk and bank check to be submitted to the social security
• Preparation of the insured notification for new employee(SSO 1-03 or SSO1-03/1) and resignation employee (SSO 6-09)
• Preparation of a withholding income tax report (PND 1) to be submitted to the Revenue or sending data via internet.
• Preparation of a withholding tax certificate (50 bis)
• Preparation of a personal income tax (PND 1) and submittal to the Revenue
• Preparation of other reports as follows
• Preparation of an annual salary fund report (กท.20ก) (Ud 20a)
• Preparation of an annual salary fund report (Ud 20a) and annual employee report (Sd.4) to be submitted to the Department of Skill Development
• Preparation of insured records for social security (SSO 6-07)
• Preparation of the notice of salary adjustment
• Preparation of salary certificate / certificate of passing work
• Preparation of other reports
• Backing up data of all period and every end of month
