QuickBooks : The non-complicated accounting system programme

QuickBooks is the accounting system which can help managing the business’s information in short period. By its capability that covered to Ledger  (GL), Accounting lists adjustment, Accounts receivable  system (AR), Accounts Payable system (AP), Stock system (Stock), Production formula, Many units of the product, Value Add Tax system (VAT), Bank deposit and Credit card system, Purchasing system, Customer’s product reservation system. This programme works online interactive in every part, all of the information will be connected. Some information will be posted (POST) to Ledger  (GL) and Stock system automatically. So, this makes the information not to be recorded in many times and can decrease the duplication in working. It supports Value Add Tax system. Certificate of  tax withholding  ( 50 bis ) can be ordered to print and it has all qualifications as Revenue Department’s Notice issue no. 63. When lists are changed, new accounting will be posted immediately. At information of each list will be recorded date and time, in order to know when lists were recorded or changed. Document Form

You can design new form of document or correct the Invoice, Tax Invoice, Receipt, Order, Quotation, Product Reservation Form, etc. to be corresponding to your old format form of document ( Preprinted Form ).  Also, you can print document forms on empty paper. The forms  can be sent by E-MAIL too, by formatting the form as your need, such as size enlarging, adding or deleting the displaying items, the adjustment of font’s size, characteristic or colour.  Moreover, you can also insert your business logo or your picture into your form. The forms can be created in unlimited numbers.

Security System

Scope of application and security code can be determined for each user.  Before the application, user name and password is required. It depends on levels, In each levels, the ability for applications can be fixed differently, for example, in levels, lists recording can be made or not, report view can be seen or not, document printing can be ordered or not, including to protection and correction of lists.

Report and Graph

QuickBooks offer report and graph to your selection for business application for more than 100 reports. The details of lists, being under report and graph can be seen , by using zoom function to the source of document accounting lists were recorded. Users can specify report’s condition as their requirements, i.e. account number range, date range, or can change in size and font characteristic to be beautiful, and so on.  The report can be showed both by printer’s screen or by Microsoft Excel or pdf file.
